I found a lovely dress at this store but found out their was red fruit stains all over it and wanted it still but wasn't willing to pay full price for the item that was thoroughly stained, got to the checkout area and asked the manager politely if we could negotiate a price and she was very aggressive speaking to me in a harsh tone straight up and gave me a strict price and was extremely, extremely rude, not a nice store and bad atmosphere

As soon as my partner and I walked through the door w our 2 children aged under 5 we were greeted w a stern ‘supervise your children’ comment l, no hello whatsoever. We didn’t feel welcome, and felt we were being monitored. It set the tone of our experience there. We got a sense that they must’ve had a/some bad experiences w kids/families before, I don’t feel it’s fair we should all be painted w the same brush. Staff would do well in some customer service training.

Great store! Staff are lovely, always so friendly, store seems to be managed well. Feel sorry for staff when people let their kids trash the toys area without tidying up. Great bargains

I love this store - quieter than the salvos around the corner, but this is a good thing in my opinion. Store is always clean and the customer service is always excellent. Great range of clothes and all are well priced and good quality.
